Once Harold semi-retired, Eric took over the reins as the president and owner. Living in Waterford, Ontario, Eric delivers bottled water in all areas of Haldimand County, Norfolk County and beyond. This business has grown over the years due to Eric’s dedication and commitment. While most people are putting their feet up on a Friday night, Eric dedicates his time towards his business. He plans his bookings for installations of water treatment systems during the weekends. Harold, Eric's father, continues to contribute by handling the supply of bottled water to clients in Simcoe, Waterford, Branford and Toronto.

 Harold is the founder of Neptune Water Services. He started the business on October 1st, 2005. Harold stepped down as the owner but continues to be involved on a regular basis. 

 Katie Edwards has been employed with Neptune Water Service LTD. since the Sonnenberg's purchased the business in 2005 from an existing company. She worked for that company for 4 years prior. When the Sonnenberg's purchased the business, Katie was excited to be hired on. With over 22 years of experience, she knows her customers well. You’re not just a customer to Katie but a friend who walks through the door. You will see Katie working at the front counter, doing pool/spa testing and making sure the office runs smoothly.
